Harley FXE In gear in neutral?

Hey,

I had my old shovelhead on the jack this morning adjusting the chain. I started it up and noticed that in nuetral the tire spun like it was in gear! Real easy to stop by foot but is this normal???

Anyone have an answer for me. Thanks!

Yes, this is normal. Some torque gets transferred in all transmissions, automatic or manual. If you can stop it with your foot everything is fine!
