98 Heritage oil leak

I have a 98 Heritage that has an oil leak in the front of the front clyinder. I changed the rocker cover gaskets at about 25,000 miles and that cured the leak. The rocker boxes are not leaking that I can see but the leak starts at the top of the clyinder and then goes downward and then is blown back by the wind. I can not see where the oil is coming from.
