I purchased a 2006 Roadking brandnew off the lot in Scottsdale Arizona in spring of 2007. In the three years of owning my bike I had put around 3500 miles on the bike in that short period of time.
This past weekend I went riding in north Arizona and wanted to get my batter checked at a Harley Davidson dealership in Mayer AZ. I stopped in and let them check out my battery because it just didn't start right that morning. They came back said just the battery cable was loose and charged me around 24.00 for labor. I then left and road in Jerome and Prescott AZ. So a couple hours later my engine light came on and also the battery light was on as well. I immediately rode back to that dealer and asked I they could check it out again. They came back and said my regulator went bad. Well. Then we talked price and mentioned it would be around 245.00 for the cost. I had the work done, regulator changed out and paid the charge. I asked fr my part. The dealership there in Mayer AZ was wonderful. Great people there.
